1. Agreement

By using Summer Prime Suite, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

Summer Prime Suite is a cloud-based management platform for construction companies. Access is granted via a license code corresponding to the plan you purchased.

3. Licenses & billing

Licenses are billed yearly. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds within 14 days of first purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the service, abuse the infrastructure, or use the platform for illegal activities. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Data ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload. We process it only to operate the service. You can export your data at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malta.
